a hotel memory so fine
spacious rooms helpful staff breakfast selection
I found such clean, spacious rooms, with very helpful staff around. the breakfast selection had such a lovely array. the location meant that i could easily reach the main square, and then the jewish quarter. I did not want to leave!
during the stay the surrounding area felt a little noisy, it impacted on the otherwise quiet charm.

The breakfast included many options. the coffee was nice. the hotel restaurant won a michelin award. The fabulous food offered a great experience.

Rooms included complimentary water bottles. the beds and sheets felt very comfortable. rooms were spacious. Everything i needed was available. The option of a gym was much appreciated.

The hotel is near many restaurants. the main square is a short walk. kazimierz with restaurants, bars and monuments is around the corner. There are good transport links from the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast boxes were available as I was up early for trips. I found these boxes excellent. They had plenty of choice.
The furniture felt outdated. It had an old bed. The TV was small. There was no coffee maker in the room.

poor gym limited selection
I found a few things that need attention. the gym felt quite lacking, it did not meet expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber. also, the breakfast buffet was somewhat underwhelming. The selection seemed limited and the quality only acceptable.

I found the staff quite helpful with restaurant suggestions. the hotel offers a happy hour. I liked that. the breakfast provided a good start to each day. i also appreciated the convenient outside seating area.
the gym is not state-of-the-art, but adequate.
